Dear Bayshore Fit Members:

Since yesterday’s announcement by the Governor to close all gyms and fitness centers, we have had an overwhelming response of kindness and support from our membership. We are so grateful to everyone who reached out.

Most importantly, it seems much of our membership has asked us to find a way to keep their membership going and help stay fit and healthy during this stressful time. Experts agree, one of the keys to making it through all this is to exercise regularly, stay healthy and fit.

To that end, we have committed to several ways to keep memberships going and provide fitness and training in a variety of ways.

  • Video Training Sessions – Tomorrow morning we will be shooting a series of video training sessions. For those who want them, our plan is to provide a new video training session online each day of the week. Stay tuned for details.
  • Virtual Training – For those who prefer live interaction and instruction we will be providing virtual training sessions. Contact us directly if you’re interested.
  • In-Home Training – Members of our training staff are available to come to your home for one on one training sessions. Of course, all precautions of social distancing will be practiced, and our trainers are taking extreme precautions to keep everyone safe.

We will be keeping everyone posted through social media, text and our website.
