I have had several years’ experience in Managing Operations across different industries including Fitness and Group Exercise. I am a qualified Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer as well as Adults & Kids CrossFit Trainer. I am excited to join the Bayshore Fit team as the new Director of Group Fitness.”

“I have over 16 years experience motivating, coaching, and guiding individuals and groups to achieve their fitness goals. I’m certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) as both a Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. In addition, I hold 5 Pilates apparatus certifications from Balanced Body University and have completed 200 hours of Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Instructor training from Kripalu.”

“Hi! I came to Bayshore Fit with a very diverse athletic and fitness background. It all started with an open gymnastics class at age 5 that evolved into a 10-year competitive streak that allowed me to get all the way up to Level 9. I credit gymnastics to this day for helping me in all other aspects of fitness and sports (discipline, mobility, body awareness, confidence, and the drive to be the best I can be). I also have 10+ years of Cheerleading including All-Stars, high school, and at the collegiate level at the University of South Florida.”

“My passion for fitness and wellness resulted in a fulfilling career change 15 years ago. I’ve been a certified Spin Instructor with Mad Dogg Athletics; a Group Fitness Instructor with AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) and am currently a certified Personal Trainer with AFAA. One of my favorite aspects of being a trainer is helping people feel inspired instead of intimidated by gym equipment so they gain confidence. My individualized programs are encouraging and effective for all ranges of ability. In addition to private training sessions, I lead the Lunch Crunch classes.”

“I come to Bayshore Fit with more than 12 years of experience training clients and athletes. I’m a certified Functional Strength Coach and Performance Enhancement Specialist with a BS in Sports Management and a Masters Degree in Sports Psychology. I offer my clients a comprehensive training program specifically catered to each person’s individual fitness needs. My certifications include: FRC Mobility Specialist, Titleist Performance Coach, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach, Precision Nutrition Level 1Coach. I offer a specialty program designed to give clients customized strategies for changing habits in order to maximize their food, fitness and lifestyle choices.”

I have spent the last 23 years honing his knowledge and skills in the fields of fitness, performance and rehabilitation.”

“My name is Conna Chillura and I am 2nd generation Tampa native. Working full time in the finance industry, I have always had a passion for fitness. I was avid marathon runner and self- admitted cardio queen. I began teaching spin 20 years ago which eventually morphed to include strength training. I have been a Mad Dogg spin instructor, IFPA personal trainer, and presently a group fitness instructor. My passion also led me to figure competitions. I competed for several years in the NPC and am currently a Figure Pro for Fitness Universe. My love is teaching and motivating others to become the best version of themselves while pushing their limits and having fun.”
