High-intensity, incorporating elements from several sports and types of exercise. Prepares the body for real-life movements and activities such as squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting. (55min)
Fast-paced in which one exercise is done for 30 seconds up to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise, this focuses exclusively on muscle toning and aerobic fitness. (55min)
High-intensity interval training incorporating weights, alternating between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods rest. Improving cardiovascular fitness and strengthen muscles. (45min).
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Designed to help shed excess fat, building strength and endurance. Includes circuit training, cardio exercise, bodyweight exercises and finishes with core and stretching. (55min)
A$$ & ABS
30 minutes filled with multiple variations of lower body and core exercises intended to strengthen your glutes and core. (30min)
TOTAL BODY (T30)
30 min total body workout using weights and body resistance to define and build muscle while blasting calories. (30min)
ABS & ARMS
30 min filled with multiple variations of upper body and core exercises designed to define muscle and build endurance. (30min)

STRETCH & TONE
Offers a full body workout leaving you relaxed and de-stressed. Working your stomach, glutes, legs and arms, improving strength and flexibility. (30min)
