SHED

A 45 minute rapid fat burning class combining high intensity cardio with strength training moves. A full body workout incorporating bodyweight, kettlebells, medicine balls, battleropes, sleds, and more.

BAYSHORE HIIT

60 min High Intensity Interval Training. Take your workout to the next level with functional fitness-based training.

ABS N ARMS

30 minutes of concentrated moves to strengthen your core and upper body! All levels invited!

ABS N A$$

30 min of lower body and core. Focus on glutes, hips, low back and abs.

LUNCH CRUNCH

30 min total body workout using weights and body resistance to define and build muscle while blasting calories.

TGIF

30 min Tabata GET Intense Friday! 20 seconds of high intensity followed by 10 seconds rest. Timed intervals to transform your body!
