Educated and experienced Bayshore fit personal trainers evaluate all new clients and develop a workout plan based on ability, experience, and goals. Trainers use a wide range of tools and equipment including, kettleballs, medicine balls, jump ropes, tubing, BOSU balls, training ropes, TRX, weighted sled, and dumbbells. Bayshore fit trainers constantly vary their clients’ programs and constantly measure progress. Programs include flexibility training.

Bayshore Fit has training packages available for most sports, including golf, baseball, volleyball, swimming, soccer, basketball, track & field, cross country, tennis, lacrosse, wrestling and football. Training packages are customized for all levels and ages from teens to adults. In order to enhance skills and conditioning level, athletes will need to build strength from the center of the body out to the periphery.
Sport specific training focuses on core strengthening as well as developing power and speed . Bayshore fit trainers emphasize specific sport skill execution and improved performance. Trainers use a wide range of tools and equipment including, kettleballs, medicine balls, jump ropes, tubing, BOSU balls, training ropes, TRX, weighted sled, and dumbbells. Programs also include flexibility training and plyometric training.

Erin Connor is Director of Personal Training for Bayshore Fit and has over 16 years experience motivating, coaching, and guiding individuals and groups to achieve their fitness goals. She is certified through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) as both a Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutritional Specialist. In addition, Erin holds 5 Pilates apparatus certifications from Balanced Body University and has completed 200 hours of Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga Instructor training from Kripalu.
Using a unique and holistic combination of strength and flexibility, Erin creates custom programs incorporating Pilates and Yoga disciplines for men and women of all ages. Erin offers programs for pre and post natal care, post rehab, brides and grooms, busy moms, professionals, empty nesters, and graceful mid-life aging. Erin’s training style and results have taken people to new levels of fitness, health, and wellness. Kathy’s passion for fitness and wellness resulted in a fulfilling career change 15 years ago. She’s been a certified Spin Instructor with Mad Dogg Athletics; a Group Fitness Instructor with AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America) and is currently a certified Personal Trainer with AFAA. One of her favorite aspects of being a trainer is helping people feel inspired instead of intimidated by gym equipment so they gain confidence. Her individualized programs are encouraging and effective for all ranges of ability. In addition to private training sessions, Kathy leads the Lunchcrunch classes. Katie Loscar has been an athlete most her life, that’s what has fueled her passion for fitness. She has worked in the strength and conditioning field for the last 5 years with all ages of athletes, previously she helped run large group boot camp classes with all ages of the community. She has applied that knowledge to help train clients and run group fitness classes her at Bayshore Fit.
Katie holds her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University and a master’s degree in Exercise and Nutrition Science from the University of Tampa. She holds her USAW Performance Coaching Certification (Olympic Weightlifting).

Samantha Gregory (aka Sam) comes to Bayshore Fit with a very diverse athletic and fitness background. It all started with an open gymnastics class at age 5 that evolved into a 10-year competitive streak that allowed her to get all the way up to Level 9. She still credits gymnastics to this day for helping her in all other aspects of fitness and sports (discipline, mobility, body awareness, confidence, and the drive to be the best she can be). She also has 10+ years of Cheerleading including All-Stars, high school, and at the collegiate level at the University of South Florida.
Sam also has an Olympic Weightlifting background competing both in high school and for Team USA-FL and has continued to utilize weights in her everyday training. Sam believes that weightlifting is essential for anyone who is on a fitness journey as it helps build strong bones and weight loss.
Currently, Sam competes regularly in CrossFit where she has helped her teams in 2015 & 2016 move on from the CrossFit Games Open to the CrossFit Games Atlantic Regionals. Sam is certified from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), USAW (weightlifting), USASF, USAG, ACA, & UCA for both cheerleading and gymnastics (levels 1-6).
She is available for 1-on-1 training and small groups.
Eric Hall has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Studies, and he is a former 3 time All-Conference collegiate crosscountry and track runner. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a former professional triathlete. Eric spent nine years at The University of Tampa as the Strength and Conditioning Coach and coached five teams to a national championship, including the 2006, 2007 and 2013 baseball teams; 2007 women’s soccer team; and 2006 volleyball team. From 1997-2000, Eric was a member of the 82nd Airborne Paratroop Division. Drawing from his military experience, Eric instills discipline and hard work to push his clients to achieve their goals.
