Kettlebell Class Free for Bayshore Fit Members, $15 for Nonmembers
Bayshore Fit in Tamp offers a kettlebell class Mondays at 6:15 am. What better way to power up for the week? Classes are free for members and just $15 for nonmembers.
Or add kettlebells into a training package. Our training packages start at $480 for eight sessions held twice a week.
We also offer classes like the high-intensity SHED workout and that focus on strengthening specific body parts, and yoga. Two “lunch crunch” classes are held twice a week. Check out our classes and schedule through the link above.
Small Gym + Small Membership = Personal Attention
Bayshore Fit doesn’t get crowded because we limit our membership to 250 people. Our members never have to wait to use equipment or get turned down for a class.
The small size also lets us offer far more personalized attention to our members. We’re able to really monitor our members’ progress and make appoint to check in with each one to make sure he or she is reaching fitness goals.
Our rates are competitive, starting at $58 per month for a single person and $90 for a couple. Family and corporate memberships are also available. At the same time, we don’t require anyone to sign a contract. We’re convinced you’ll want to come to our gym over and over again!
