Group fitness – whether it be a boot camp workout, functional fitness training, or a circuit program – can reap tremendous benefits to its participants. 

Extra motivation, coaching, variety, and accountability are key factors that drive improvements in strength and performance. Not only that, but group fitness classes help bolster a sense of community and belonging. In this way, whether the participant is a pro athlete or a beginner, working out in groups can provide mental and psychological benefits as well. 

What’s lesser-known is that group fitness classes can still be done safely, with social distancing and other precautions in place. At Bayshore Fit, we have adapted our group fitness classes to accommodate smaller groups, no sharing of equipment, and by maintaining a safe distance by utilizing our outdoor gym space. We give you the ability to workout in the fresh air. Our team feels that while the world around us has changed, we can still provide a healthy and safe environment where people can work out and not hit a plateau.

Group Fitness Classes in South Tampa

Our team recently added new classes and new times to accommodate the ever-changing needs of our members. With early morning and evening classes available, we’re sure to have something to appeal to you and fit your busy life schedule!

Classes are taught by some of the best fitness trainers in the city, who are also available for one-on-one personal training sessions. We currently offer classes that focus on circuit training, strength & conditioning, boot camp, HIIT, and other popular styles of functional fitness training.

We’re also excited to share our Kettlebells & Bubbles event! Every first Friday of the month, we encourage our members to bring a friend for a free kettlebell class, followed by a glass of bubbly. Working out in a group setting should always be an enjoyable experience and we’re dedicated to helping our members stay healthy and accountable during these unprecedented times.
